Recently I have posted a note on some suggestions for the Minecraft 1.17 cave update. I will not stop. the link to the other note is here: https://mccreator.fandom.com/f/p/4400000000000052892
New armour slots
The new slots include 3 ring slots, 1 wing/amulet slot (so now you can finally wear a diamond chest plate and an elytra at the same time) the three ring slots will have specific uses
Rings
There are 10 new rings each being able to do different buffs to the player. here is the list of all of them:
Ring of mining: crafted with one silver ring (a material needed to make rings) and a piece of limestone, gives haste permanently
Ring of wood: crafted with a silver ring surrounded by oak saplings. when you chop down trees they entirely chop down and replants a sapling on the spot of the original tree if sapling is present in inventory.
Ring of the dolphin: crafted with a dolphin fin (dropped by dolphins) and a silver ring ,which grants the player a longer breath time underwater.
Ring of the ancient ones: crafted with a pigeon totem (found in abandoned portal chests) and a gold ring, makes the player able to go through nether portals instantly other than waiting 1 second.
Ring of tradesmen: is made with one gold ring surrounded by emeralds, raises the chance of good trades from the wandering trader
Ring of the nether: crafted with a diamond ring surrounded by flint and steels, makes the player invincible to lava.
Ring of looting: found in jungle temple chests, grants the player looting to every tool, without enchanting the tool.
Ring of storage: crafted with one diamond ring with an end chest, grants the player 18 more storage slots.
Ring of life: found in end cities, gives the player 20 more HP points than usual.
Ring of eternal life: crafted with one nephrite ring surrounded by warped crystals and an ender dragon head at the top, grants the player imortality.
Mossy variants of blocks
Now there are mossy gravel, mossy clay bricks, mossy dirt, mossy stone and mossy wood, each being able to be crafted into non-mossy counterparts and the only point of them is for deco, are found quite commonly.
Clay brick colours
Now you can dye clay bricks and they all have stairs, walls and slab counterparts.
Chourus logs and wood.
Now chourus plants have wood and is a deep purple colour.
Maple, baobab and pine trees
Maple trees look similar to oak, but have more saturation, and can even be bottled to make maple bottles (other than regaining health after eaten, it can also make maple blocks, which is similar to honey blocks. baobab trees have light orange planks and have water inside of them. pine trees look like lighter variants of spruce trees.
Slate
Similar to andesite, granite and diorite spawns, they actually look nice and can be made into bricks, tiles and even columns.
Lavender and rosemary
They both spawn as flowers and can be eaten, if you are desperate for food
Onions and tomatoes
They both spawn in the wild and tomatoes can be made into catsup, which can be equiped in a ring slot to increase the food points gained from meat.
Grassy paths
Grassy paths are decoration blocks which are a mix of paths and grass in texture.
I hope you liked the rest of my ideas!
